Where to start

It can be so difficult finding inner peace as a woman over 40 with so many distractions, expectations, and the constant needs of others, not to mention how our bodies change and struggle to process the excess levels of stress hormones we carry in our bodies as we age.

Today, I'd like to share a few helpful tips for reducing stress and finding inner peace through slow living and self-nurturing.
