Shipping

If you are based outside the US and would like to make a purchase, please email me at: shop@thaliablack.com.

Small art pieces will be shipped flat in moisture protected cellophane bags with thick cardboard in board backed envelopes. Any paper artwork over 11x17 inches will be shipped in art appropriate cardboard tubes. Framed artwork will be packaged and shipped to maximally protect the art and reducing shipping costs outside the US.

I aim to have all orders packed and shipped within five working days. In the US, I send most items priority by USPS. Larger items may be sent via UPS or FEDEX. All shipments require a signature and are tracked. Once shipped most US deliveries arrive within three working days. Please contact me first if you need an item by a specific date. If you need orders sooner there may be an extra charge.

I do not currently offer flat rate shipping for international customers. Therefore, shipping charges will be added to your order at time of purchase.

I do ship internationally, however this might be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the country, which is outside of my control. I cannot take responsibility for additional charges. If your country is not on the list of shipping destinations please contact me and I will add it.

Will Tracking be provided?

Yes, tracking will be available unless stated otherwise.


My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If you have not received your purchase, or are unsure regarding its whereabouts, please email us at shop@thaliablack.com.


What can I do if my order is damaged?

I want you to receive your artwork in perfect condition. If your purchase is damaged, please email me at shop@thaliablack.com within 5 days of receiving the artwork, including photographs clearly showing the damage, as well as the packaging it arrived in and I’ll contact you with further details.


How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the United States. However, if you have special circumstances, additional costs may apply. Shipping costs outside of the US vary drastically based on the final delivery address and current rates. If you are outside the US, I’m happy to send you a shipping quote.

We offer shipping with insurance, and tracking information is available on all purchases. International packages may incur customs duty and/or import fees; please contact us and check out your countries rates for more information.

Return Policy

Art and Artifacts

The art and artifacts I create are carefully crafted with a deep desire that each piece will find a home with someone who will appreciate them as much as I have enjoyed making them. If the item, however, is not as you expected you can contact me within seven days of receipt of your order. Once we have agreed upon a return, you will then need to carefully re-package the item in the same method it arrived in and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees, and any taxes. I aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible, and I pack and wrap all pieces very carefully. However if something is damaged during shipping, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt, keep a photograph and contact me within seven days at shop@thaliablack.com.

Services and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or other issues regarding these types of purchases, please email member@thaliablack.com and we will address those concerns directly.
