All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

All artwork and other creative works, photographs, and other media present on thaliablack.com is copyrighted by Thalia Black and may not be downloaded, printed, or copied. Legal action will be taken against those who violate copyright law.
Payment
We accept payment via debit/credit card or bank transfer. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged.
Return Policy
Art and Artifacts
The art and artifacts I create are carefully crafted with a deep desire that each piece will find a home with someone who will appreciate them as much as I have enjoyed making them. If the item, however, is not as you expected you can contact me within seven days of receipt of your order. Once we have agreed upon a return you will then need to carefully re-package the item and arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once the item has safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus shipping costs, PayPal or credit card fees and any taxes. I aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible, and I pack and wrap all pieces very carefully. However if something is damaged during shipping, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt, keep a photograph and contact me within seven days. Contact info: shop@thaliablack.com.
Services and Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or other issues regarding these types of purchases, please contact member@thaliablack.com and we will address those concerns directly.
Shipping
If you are based outside the US and would like to make a purchase please email me at: shop@thaliablack.com.
Small art pieces will be shipped flat in moisture protected biodegradable cellophane bags with thick cardboard in board backed envelopes.
I aim to have all orders packed and shipped within five working days. In the US, I send most items priority by USPS. Larger items may be sent via UPS or FEDEX. All shipments require a signature and are tracked. Once shipped most US deliveries arrive within two working days. Please contact me first if you need an item by a specific date. If you need orders sooner there may be an extra charge.
Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout, unless you make changes to your order or shipping needs after purchase occurs.
I do ship internationally, however this might be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the country, which is outside of my control. I cannot take responsibility for additional charges. If your country is not on the list of shipping destinations please contact me and I will add it.
Duties and Taxes
International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s fees and policies before making a purchase. Francis Gallery is legally obligated to enter the full value of purchases on customs forms.
Cancellations
We will try our best to fulfill every purchase as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any purchases for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount.
