The colors, shapes and textures were combined to offer healing validation on both a physical and emotional level; a balm of peace and quiet to wrap oneself in.
“At The Lake,” another peek at the healing properties of nature. I spent a lot of time outdoors with family growing up, most of it was very pleasant, but aspects of it were extremely difficult. This piece is a reminder that although bad things can exist in beautiful and wondrous places, nature provides a respite from the chaos and helps us find balance once again.
