Throughout the “Woven Threads” series I am feeling my way through intuitive conversations and expressions. “Common Threads” is an intuitive study playing with the relationship between similar and contrasting elements coexisting within complex human structures. This piece explores the need humans have for togetherness, while simultaneously expressing a state of isolationism within culture and society. We all live common, yet separate, interesting lives. We also find unique ways of synergistically melding into society. This piece is an expression of this universal human experience.
